Luis was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was kind, professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed a quirky, simple issue with our heating system that we first feared would be a major expense. He only charged us the mandatory service visit fee. I would request him if you ever need work performed on your HVAC system.
I was very pleased with the service. Originally, it was scheduled to have a technician come out not until another 5 days, when our Central air unit stopped working, but I was happily surprised to get a phone call stating they were available 2 days later instead and arrived shortly after the call. I had the pleasure of meeting their technician, Mike P.; he was professional, extremely helpful, very informative, and personable. He figured out the problem immediately, left to go pick up the part needed and in no time had it back up and running. Definitely a thumbs up experience.

He spoke to me with respect and explained how he would diagnose and repair the problem every step of the way. He educated me on the components of my cooling system, which enabled me to make an informed decision on how to proceed. The technicians, Jake and Mike, were very pleasant and extremely informative while they were here. By the time they had left, they answered any questions I may have.
